Wednesday Night Fitness Training
Due to a high level of interest, the Wednesday night fitness training sessions will kick off a new 10 week session this week (10th April).
This time it will be focusing on Strength and Speed. ; $20 for the 10 weeks.
If you are thinking about playing Superchamps this year, this is a great kick starter to your fitness training, or even simply if you just want to improve your fitness.

All levels welcome, 7pm - just come along!
